We are launching our garment productivity measurement and evaluation system…
We initially implemented the productivity measurement system, which we started as a trial, on 20 of our machines. Our system helps us make a positive distinction among our employees and helps us reward more productive employees. Thanks to the fully integrated counter systems we use, we can interactively see how many units are currently being produced. We synthesize the production figures we receive in the form of tables and graphs and reach more precise results in terms of both product and employee efficiency. Our department heads evaluate these results and distribute work accordingly.
We plan to apply this system to our remaining machines if it provides the desired reliability and functionality.

Our new transport vehicles joined our fleet…
Our new vehicles have joined our fleet to meet our increasing transportation needs. Currently, there are 8 commercial vehicles and 2 trucks active in our logistics. We are improving our logistics to deliver products quickly to our valued customers.

We started to implement the AQL - Acceptable quality standards procedure
We started to carry out quality control with our inspectors in accordance with AQL (Accepted Qaulity Limit) standards.
What is AQL?
AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) means Acceptable Error Level. It is a commonly used method of measuring a production order sample to find out whether the entire product order meets the customer’s specifications. According to the AQL studies we carry out in our own company, we carry out inspections with our manufacturers and get to the source of the problem by finding out where mistakes were made in the work until the product is ready. We conduct studies with our relevant departments and strive to reduce errors in these departments to zero. Thanks to this, the customer has the data to make an informed decision to accept or reject the batch.

KUEZA KIDS
Under the leadership of the new generation, our KUEZA KIDS children’s clothing brand was introduced. In this way, we had the opportunity to transfer our years of knitwear manufacturing process experience to the B2C model. We have established various sales channels through which we reach the end user:

- Trendyol and Hepsiburada marketplace
- Facebook and Instagram shop
We added approximately 1200 different model/color product groups and expanded our product range. Our design products, which we produce in accordance with 100% cotton-based child safety standards, have also been sold abroad through UK Amazon and have been appreciated by the positive comments of customers.
While expanding our product range, we improved our products with the feedback from our customers. Our products became among the best-selling products in the girls’ clothing cardigan category in Trendyol Marketplace in Turkey.
Our brand, which sells approximately 100 products a day in normal periods, does not continue its current activities.
