Our factory
We believe that the main production stages must be in-house in order to meet today’s increasing customer demands at the right quality and cost. For this purpose, a production line with 32 linking-machine was established at a 3000m2 closed area, and our factory has reached a daily capacity of manufacturing 7000 pieces of knitwear garments. Sinngers, irons and packages, complying with all quality standards, was put into operation.
Our company has become a medium-large scale enterprise in a short time since its establishment and has already increased its annual knitwear production capacity to 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 pieces. 70% of our production capacity is exported to our domestic market corporate customers and 30% is exported abroad (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Russia).
Our factory has washing, sorting, confection, singer, buttonhole-buttoning, ironing and packaging among the knitwear manufacturing processes.
Knitwear manufacturing is a hardworking process. Each model goes through approximately 20-25 different production processes and shipping stages. Knitwear production, in particular, is a human-based working process carried out with manual labor and eye care, apart from investment in machinery and technology. Meticulousness and error-free production at every stage requires extensive experience and perfect quality standards.
In addition to production processes, it requires the coordinated work of many different branches such as purchasing, supplying, production planning, human resources management, customer and financial management.

We outsource our knitting machinery in 3 to 14 gauge as needed in every thickness capable for doing difficult models.
- Our handcraft accessory and embrodery teams are able to manage rich models.
Modelling (MOQs) such as collections, patterns, body sets, size-sets are carried out in a strong model house structure with all kinds of fancy yarns.
A minimum of 1000 models, samples, collections and manufacturing samples are processed annually in our model shop.
