Who are we?
Our company TrikoModa was founded in 2009 by Firuzan Ünsal and her husband Haluk Ünsal, who have worked in the knitwear textile manufacturing industry for more than 30 years. It is a company that has an annual knitwear manufacturing capacity of 1,500,000-2,000,000 pieces in knitwear and produces for many major domestic and foreign brands. Apart from all kinds of women's and men's knitwear models, it is a sought-after company especially in the production of baby and children's knitwear and models with accessories (skirts, bodysuits, lace, etc.).
Since our establishment...
Since its establishment in 2009, Trikomoda has become a medium-large scale enterprise in a short time. Our current production capacity is 1,500,000-2,000,000 units. 70% of our production capacity is carried out to our domestic market, and 30% is exported abroad (Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia, UK…).
Our company’s head office is in Istanbul / Merter and our production factory is in Kocaeli / Karamürsel.
Our desire to work is not only as a manufacturer, but also as a production partner for all kinds of knitwear needs of both our domestic and export customers. Thanks to this vision we have created a wide portfolio in a short time and made Trikomoda one of the respected companies in the textile sector of our country.
Manufacturing processes, which were managed as a subcontractor until 2017, were moved to inhouse manufacturing thanks to our new factory investment in Kocaeli Karamürsel. Our company has turned into an in-house manufacturing structure with 120 employees. Trikomoda is a big family of approximately 500 people, including our contract manufacturers. Since 2015, our production structure has been completely developed in accordance with the new and contemporary quality standards, we have become one of the main suppliers of big brands.
Especially in children’s and baby knitwear we have become one of the leading knitwear manufacturers in our country. Our weaving capacity is large enough to serve high quantities, with 100 or more modern electronic machinery in gauges between 3 and 14.
We carry out manufacturing programs at various scales depending on our customer’s portfolio, from children’s knitwear to boutique design companies. Approximately over 1000 different models are designed and delivered every year.
